Spaces to be designated and include handicapped parking spaces. DRINKING FOUNTAINS It is required that all employees have access to a chilled water fountain per code. Fountain must be equipped with water bottle filling station. LIGHTING A. Adequate lighting facilities are required in all areas. B. Sufficient outside lighting is required to enhance security of the facility following best industry practices prior to occupying the building. C. All lighting and electrical maintenance shall be furnished by lessor including providing and replacing ballasts, light tubes, bulbs, lenses, and fixture covers. Lessor shall replace burned-out or defective bulbs promptly upon notification by lessee.
