The types of items and general program specifications that the University is seeking are listed below. Items and services offered by the Vendor must meet or exceed the listed scope requirements to be considered for award. Proposals submitted shall include information of all aspects listed below to allow the university to accurately determine the capabilities of the offeror. Apparel/Uniform Needs - Hats - Backpacks - Jerseys - Practice Shirts - Team Jackets - Warm-Ups - Sport-Specific Gear (e.g., soccer, rugby, hockey, wrestling, fencing, basketball, etc.) Performance Features - Durability - Flexibility - Moisture-wicking - Breathability Customization - Team logos (required) - Player names, numbers, positions (optional per club request) Online Pop-Up Shops - Possess the capability to set up temporary, custom-branded online retail stores for individual sport clubs - Must be online ONLY; no on-campus selling is permitted - Maximum three (3) weeks per sale - Maximum three (3) events per academic year per club - Allow clubs to use the pop-up shops as fundraising tools, with a portion of proceeds returned to the club. - Coordinate with each club to determine merchandise options, pricing, etc. Pricing Structure - Provide competitive pricing for team uniforms, practice gear, and fan apparel. -Any minimum order quantities and/or price break points shall be described - Offer volume based pricing incentives and a clear breakdown of costs (unit cost, decoration, shipping, etc.). - Include an option for clubs to pay via University approved purchasing methods (e.g., procurement card, university Net 30 open credit accounts). - Detail proposed fundraising revenue share structure for online stores.
