a. Purchasing, supplying, and installing the fencing with all fittings and materials required for complete installation in compliance with all requirements of this project. b. Removal of all existing chain link, excluding the dugout structures. c. Removal of all existing gates and post excluding the back stop post. The back stop framing will remain in place. d. Back stop posts are to be cleaned, prepped, and repainted black with two coats of oilbased enamel paint. e. Removal and disposal of any and all construction waste. f. Install 2 black commercial grade chain link double gates to previous locations. g. Install 4 black commercial grade chain link single gates to the existing dugout structures. h. Fence fabric shall be 2 ¼ x 6’ or 8’ tall (reference plan below) 9 gage, black in color. Footers for all posts are to be 2500 psi concrete. i. No tension wires are to be utilized; top and bottom rail supports are to be installed at a distance not to exceed ten feet. j. The Contractor shall dig out all material, including concrete where posts are to be removed. Unused holes shall be packed down level with screened dirt. k. Each new post shall be installed 2’ – 3 ½’ in the ground, depending on size, with a stone footing, concrete meeting a minimum of 2500 PSI and packed soil. Post spacing shall be 8’ maximum.
