Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures • Preforms indoor and outdoor patrols • Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises • Provide excellent customer service • Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers • Provides escorts to vehicles for customers and employees when needed • Monitors meetings with volatile customers to ensure the safety of all parties involved
