The Carrboro Tourism Development Authority (hereafter “Authority”) invites proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive digital communications services, including social media management, website maintenance, and content creation (marketed as Visit Carrboro). The Authority is a component of the Town of Carrboro, North Carolina (hereafter “Town”) and is staffed and advised by Town personnel. The selected vendor will be expected to deliver services that reflect industry best practices, foster engagement, and maintain technical excellence. Current platforms include: • Social Media: Instagram and Facebook • Website: WordPress CMS (www.VisitCarrboro.com) (hosting provided by third-party; vendor responsible for updates, security, and content management)
