Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City will issue a list of properties that are to be maintained at the beginning of the season. The Contractor will be performing snow removal services at City-owned buildings, including but not limited to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) facilities, Solid Waste facilities, and various other Government buildings. Properties range in size from between approximately one-fourth (¼) acre to over four (4) acres of paved areas. Assigned properties are subject to change throughout the year. Work will be performed in response to requests made by the City’s Project Manager. All services require advance authorization. The Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and any other items necessary to perform snow removal services.
