Specifications include, but are not limited to: Areas to be cleared: Primary and secondary locations are to be cleared and will have been pre-determined by GTCC. This includes all large parking lots, interior drive lanes and other roadways. Sketches of these areas will be provided to the contractor prior to commencement of service. The order of how these areas are to be cleared will be explained to the contractor prior to snow removal services. GTCC and contractor may elect to meet at the various campus locations after award of contract. Minimum required snow removal equipment: Jamestown campus 4 four-wheel drive pickup trucks with 8-foot snow plows 2 four-wheel drive tractors with loader and 6-foot scrape blades 1 skid-steer with 6-foot snow bucket
