Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Greensboro (“City”) hereby solicits and invites proposals from qualified Companies and Businesses (“Contractor”), with proven experience and expertise, to submit a response to the requirements outlined in this RFP and provide pricing for an annual contract to provide Snow Removal Services for the Greensboro Coliseum Complex and Steven B. Tanger Center for the Performing Arts. The Contractor must be able to provide and mobilize a minimum of the following equipment and equipment operators necessary for the plowing and removal of snow within a 24 hour notice: • 2 Rubber-tired Loaders • 2 Motor Graders • 2 Dump Trucks • 2 Farm Tractors • 2 Trucks with Salt Spreaders General Requirements: Contractor will provide both Equipment and Equipment Operators on an as needed basis to provide Snow Removal Services in both the Greensboro Coliseum Complex and the STPAC parking lots. These services will be requested on a 24 hours’ notice.
