Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. This equipment is to be mobilized at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to the Airport parking lot areas upon notification from CLT. The Company must provide this equipment and operators within four (4) hours of notification. The equipment and operators may be required to work in 12-hour shifts, 24-hours per day, until conditions are cleared. This will be at CLT’s sole discretion. b. Once mobilized, the equipment and operators will work with CLT personnel to plow and push snow from the Parking lots and Bus Shelters. CLT reserves all rights to adjust snow clearing operations based on conditions. Locations may change within the parking areas or other areas as determined by CLT designee. c. CLT generally experiences 2 snow events per year each lasting approximately 3 days. Based on this, we can estimate 432 hours of Work. This is only an estimate; CLT does not guarantee the number of events or hours. d. The crew of four (4) laborers should have all the equipment needed to perform snow removal at the bus shelters i.e.: shovels, blowers, brooms, etc. e. The CLT Airport will provide snow-plow blades. f. The CLT Airport will supply all solid deicer needed.
