On Church Road a proposed new sidewalk (Exhibit A) will connect to existing pedestrian routes on the Highway 70 Service Road. There is existing curb and gutter on the west side of Church Road. The proposal would connect with new sidewalk, curb, and gutter. The new sidewalk system would run from the entrance of Slocum Creek Park to the service road (approximately 580 feet). A small portion of the existing ditch system would require piping (approximately 150 feet). On Webb Boulevard a proposed new sidewalk (Exhibit B) is to span from the Boys and Girls Club of Havelock to Havelock High School at a distance of approximately 550 feet.
