The Contractor shall provide all work for the removal and replacement of certain sections of the sidewalk system as marked in the field on portions of Cedar Drive and Pine Street in the City of Concord, North Carolina and including, but is not limited to, all mobilizations, demobilizations, materials, signs, barricades, tools, labor, rentals, consumables, miscellaneous hardware, any supporting hardware and software, excavations and grading, hauling, incidental relocations, forming, compaction, backfilling, sawing exiting concrete, furnishing and placing concrete, construction joints, security of the work, traffic control and safety operations, removal of any debris, cleanup, and disposal(s), special subcontracting, permits and licenses, seeding and mulching and all else required as necessary.
