The City intends to contract with one qualified firm to provide engineering services to update its 2019 Sanitary Sewer Asset Inventory and Assessment (Masterplan). Pending scope approval from NCDEQ’s Division of Water Infrastructure, the preliminary scope of services may include, but is not limited to the following: • Data Gathering o GIS Data Gap Analysis o Manhole Invert Data Collection o Lift/Pump Station Assessments • Sewer Hydraulic Modeling Calibration, Update, and Supplement • Service Area Review and Growth Projections • Asset Management Plan Update • Capital Improvement Planning including capital costs, O&M costs, and prioritization of existing and future service areas • Report generation and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
