Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The service work includes the furnishing of all labor, miscellaneous materials, tools, accessories, and equipment required for maintaining and keeping in continued operational status all detention and electronic security systems referenced in Attachment A at the service site locations referenced in these documents. B. This Service Agreement will be for the provision of three full time Service Technicians and one full time Project/Account Manager as indicated elsewhere within this documentation. The three Service Technicians will spend 100% of their time on and/or between Wake County properties. 1. Project/Account Manager: This Project/Account Manager shall be required to be onsite 50% of their time, per service agreement. If the Contractor is selected on both the Administrative and Detention service agreement, then the Project/Account Manager shall be required to be on-site 100% of their time. a. If the Contractor elects to bid on both the Administrative and Detention service agreements, the Contractor shall be permitted to assign one Project/Account Manager 100% to the County to manage both Administrative and Detention contracts. i) In the event the Contractor is awarded both Detention and Administrative Contracts, the Contractor shall provide the corresponding savings related to the Project/Account Manager to the Owner. ii) The Project/Account Manager shall be solely dedicated and assigned to Wake County under the terms of this contract and shall not be used on any other projects outside of Wake County without expressed written permission from the Wake County. 2. Service Technicians: There shall be two service technicians, per service agreement, shall be dedicated to the County onsite Monday – Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm or 8 business hours. A third service technician, per service agreement, shall be dedicated to the County onsite Monday – Friday from 3:00pm to 12:00am or 8 business hours. 1.2 The Contractor shall have access to offsite personnel that can program, troubleshoot and produce closeout documents, including as-built documentation, during the contract period. The offsite personnel shall be defined as an Engineer/Programmer and AutoCAD Technician. A. The Engineer/Programmer shall program and troubleshoot any system that is stated in Attachment A. B. When required, the AutoCAD Technician shall update the Owner’s as-built drawings in AutoCAD and shall deliver them to the Owner in .DWG and .PDF formats.
