Specifications include, but are not limited to: SERVICING HOURS/DAYS a) Monday through Friday 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. b) Monday through Friday 5:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. c) Saturday through Sunday 12:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. d) State Holidays 12:00 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. The State Holiday Schedule to be provided at the Mandatory Site Visit. e) Additional and special security activities outside the above noted security hours, may be required by the NC Justice Academy. The NC Justice Academy will advise the Vendor of these requirements in writing by the Academy email and copy same to the Accounts Payable Technician for invoicing purposes. The Vendor shall be entitled to additional compensation as agreed to by the NC Justice Academy and the Vendor in writing. The Vendor also agrees to bill for additional services, when appropriate, directly to outside agencies/entities when all parties are in agreement.
