Specifications include, but are not limited to: Security services will not be needed in all of the Division's offices, but the successful contractor will be required to be able to place a trained, certified, armed guard in any office we operate on short notice (sometimes as quick as 24 hour notice) if a security incident occurs in an office where we have no guard present.The security guard will be expected to stand (will be allowed to sit in some instances, and will be given a morning break, lunch break, and afternoon break) in the reception area of the building where the waiting area is located. Guard will police the waiting area, Career Resource Computer Area, entrance to the building and parking lot, and occasionally walk through the work area of the office. Guard must be uniformed and carry a non-concealed handgun.
