Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded Contractor shall: 3.1 Provide a quantitative risk assessment tool (RAT), and demonstrate/validate the RAT on all items within Precinct 1 through site surveys and any other means necessary. This will include buildings and other areas such as the Court of Carolina (outside space) train tracks, tunnel and 3 bell tower. The suggested methodology shall be scalable to include various forms of future risks and associating those risks in a statistically significant context to historic and future assessments. The proposal response shall indicate if this tool is available for license to the University so that future assessments may be completed by University personnel. Note that the University does not have a preferred risk assessment methodology or software tool to aggregate and assign value to assessment data and intends to evaluate proposals and tools for the approach and technology that best fits our scope and goals as previously defined.
