Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The Vendor will provide maintenance and support services for the following security equipment located at the NC Disability Determination Services building, located in Raleigh NC. 1. Hirsch Velocity Access Control System (card readers at entrance doors) – seven (7) building entrance doors and two (2) interior doors. 2. Surveillance System – Includes Surveillance Computer System (ExacqVision Software), two (2) Pelco PTZ Controllers, sixteen (16) interior surveillance cameras and twelve (12) exterior surveillance cameras, two (2) 16-channel Network Video Recorders (NVR), eight (8) surveillance monitors and other miscellaneous surveillance equipment. 3. Intrusion Detection System – Includes a control panel, two (2) keypads, twenty-five (25) glass break sensors, three (3) motion detectors, and twenty-three (23) door contacts. All are monitored 24/7/365 by the NC State Capitol Police. 4. Employee Badge System – Includes a digital camera, Magicard printer, two (2) computer systems with Hirsch Velocity software, two (2) control panels, and nine (9) access card readers. 5. Panic Button System – Includes two (2) wireless panic button and keypad. 6. Aiphone Video Intercom System – Includes two (2) receivers, three (3) audible doorbell chimes, and six (6) audio/video intercom door stations. 7. Other equipment to be covered, but not limited to: a) Pelco 9760 Matrix Switcher b) Exacq Network Video Recorders (NVR) (2) c) PTZ camera system (28 cameras) with Pelco Controllers (2) d) ViewSonic LCD HDTV Monitors (2) e) Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) f) Wireless Panic Buttons (2) g) Internal CCTV h) Independent Badge Access Controls (2) and motion detectors (3) B. Vendor must conduct semi-annual inspections and perform semi-annual preventative maintenance on all covered equipment.
