This Action Plan will provide a framework for exploring and implementing low-cost, high-impact projects and strategies to reduce crashes. Identify key projects with planning level cost estimates, and define action and strategy recommendations organized around the plan’s vision and goals. D. Public involvement through digital engagement activities, along with in-person public open houses. Provide minutes for any meetings, including digital versions of any materials presented. E. Create a methodology to identify High-Injury Network (HIN) corridors and intersections throughout the City. F. Create an Action Plan with tasks, timelines, and necessary partners to advance goals. Draft and publish the Action Plan with data, analysis, findings, mapping, action tables, etc. G. Present findings to the Transportation Committee and City Council for adoption.
