Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Door Contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Furnish and install specified electric hardware in/on existing doors. Removed non-electric hardware to be turned over to the Owner. 2. Provide access to storefront mullions for installation of wiring by Access Control Integrator. Touch up damaged finishes to the satisfaction of the Owner. 3. Remove and re-install existing lay-in ceiling tiles for the installation of new wiring and devices. 4. Coordinate and expedite work performed by all sub-contractors. 5. To provide qualified sub-contractors to do work he is not qualified to perform. ACCESS CONTROL: The Access Control sub-contractor to provide all specified auxiliary hardware and wiring to effect a complete and satisfactory Access Control system, including the interface with the Owner’s existing control server.
