Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful vendor must, at all times, be required during the term of the contract to carry liability insurance covering occurrences on ROCKINGHAM COUNTY premises with limits of not less than $2,000,000 dollars and that ROCKINGHAM COUNTY must be named as an additional insured under said policy. The successful vendor must agree to hold ROCKINGHAM COUNTY harmless of any act committed by security personnel unless those acts are committed as a result of direct instructions of authorized ROCKINGHAM COUNTY personnel. The successful vendor must defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ROCKINGHAM COUNTY and the offices and employees thereof, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, claims, demands, costs and expenses of every kind and nature, whether or not covered by insurance, arising out of and in connection with any agreement the successful vendor may enter with ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, unless specifically exempted therefore by ROCKINGHAM COUNTY and set out in the agreement with ROCKINGHAM COUNTY.
