Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 unarmed guard per shift 7 days per week Hours per day 5 days at 12 hours and 2 days at 24 hours Hours Mon Fri 5:30 PM - 5:30 AM Sat & Sun 5:30 AM 5:30 AM Round the clock service on weekends Holiday New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (2 days), Christmas Day (2 days) Each hour buildings, locks and grounds are checked randomly. The guard shack building has monitors for all cameras at the complex which shall be monitored at all times when you are not checking the grounds. Specific services needed include but are not limited to the following: - regular and continuous patrolling of the buildings and grounds while on duty - work cooperatively with Citys staff to ensure a pleasant atmosphere - observe all cars going in and out of the grounds - upon request escort staff to their cars at any time while on duty - prepare incident reports to describe any contact with citizens that was not routine
