Specifications include, but are not limited to:NCDOT is requesting a proposal to replace the five (5) existing rooftop HVAC units detailed below. The following specifications will apply: Base Bid o Provide replacement of five (5) roof-top units: Current Models 2 - Carrier 50TJ012-6GA, package rooftop units. 10 ton 460V/3 Phase 3 - Carrier 50HJQ016-6, package rooftop units. 15 ton 460V/3 Phase All replacement units shall have economizer capability. Economizers to be controlled unit and not rely on external components. o Work to be completed after hours or on weekends while building is vacant. o Contractor to supply necessary curb adaptors. Price for curb adaptors to be included in base bid. Option o Provide Tridium Niagara based building automation system for control of the 5 units listed above. Contractor shall not “lock down” control system to prevent access by owner or another service contractor. Owner will be given “super user/administrator” access. Control system to be based on latest version of Tridium Niagara software. Contractor shall provide a complete control system capable of operating the building in a standalone configuration and will assist NCDOT – IT personnel with integration with statewide server. Control system to be integrated with statewide building automation server and shall allow owner to modify all control points and settings by accessing central server
