Specifications include, but are not limited to: This RFLOI is to solicit responses (LETTERS of INTEREST, or LOIs) from qualified firms to provide engineering and environmental graphic design services for the development of a downtown wayfinding signage system plan and construction/bid documentation for the following applications; 2 • Vehicle Wayfinding Signs - Large; • Vehicle Wayfinding Signs - Small; • Pedestrian Wayfinding Signs; • Kiosks; and • Dynamic Gateway Variable Message Boards The design of the wayfinding signs must meet the Department’s minimum requirements for signs located on department’s right-of-way, be durable, be adaptable, and meet MUTCD retro-reflectivity, legibility and visibility requirements as well as ADA Standards for Accessible Design.
