Removal of Existing Equipment: Remove five (5) existing mini split HVAC units. Two (2) units are located on the sides of the building and three (3) units are located on the roof. Lineset Installation or Reuse: Provide and install new line sets as needed, or Treat existing line sets for contamination, flush, and evacuate them before reuse. Refrigerant Recovery and Disposal: Safely recover refrigerant from all existing units. Properly dispose of old HVAC equipment in accordance with environmental regulations. Refrigerant Reclamation Fees: Include all fees related to refrigerant reclamation in the quoted price. Permits and Inspections: Obtain and provide all required mechanical and electrical permits. Coordinate and ensure completion of necessary inspections.
