Specifications include, but are not limited to: ➢ Demolition of distressed portion of concrete masonry retaining wall and bench backfill soils as required ➢ Remove / Demolish existing sidewalk adjacent to the CMU retaining wall as required ➢ Reconstruct a new reinforced grout filled concrete masonry wall with flashing, waterproofing system, and brick veneer ➢ Reinstall brick veneer to existing concrete retaining wall ➢ Reinstall sidewalk per civil drawings ➢ Restore sidewalk per civil drawings ➢ Restore backfill and landscaping per owners’ requirements ➢ Complete all drainage repairs per drawings ➢ Complete all Temporary and permanent seeding as required by the City of Morganton ➢ Review and abide by the engineered drawings and notes by o Nova Engineering & Environmental for Concrete Masonry Retaining Wall Repair Design o Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. for Landscape Drainage improvements
