Design services for the renovation of Building 9 Early College High School. The existing two-story, 51,102-square-foot building is located on Cooper Street on Durham Tech’s main campus. The building will house classrooms, science labs, a fitness area, and study spaces for the Early College Health Sciences programs in conjunction with Durham Public Schools. The project anticipates some minor grading for ADA accessibility and a small outdoor fitness space. Prospective design teams shall demonstrate experience in projects of similar type, size, and complexity. Design proposals should include a comprehensive listing of all subconsultants, including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, landscape architecture, AV/IT and security, and others needed to address the specific needs of this project.
