1. The Contractor shall provide reclamation and recycling services for all non-hazardous construction and demolition (C&D) waste. 2. The Contractor's facility must be located within a twenty-five (25) mile radius of the main University campus in Raleigh, North Carolina. 3. Waste hauling will be delivered to the facility by the University's Waste Reduction and Recycling (WRR) unit, other University units or departments, or third-party contractors acting on behalf of the University. 3.2 Services and Equipment Provided by Contractor 1. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, containers, and vehicles necessary for the proper containment, removal, recycling, or disposal of non-hazardous solid waste off-loaded from University-owned or authorized vehicles.
