Rebuild Six (6) Tennis Courts 1. Remove existing courts and fencing and haul off site. 2. Re‐grade existing stone base 3. Compact sub grade until proper compaction is achieved. 4. Minimum of 4” base is required. 5. Topping asphalt must be 2”. 6. Install new net post foundations to include a minimum of 1600 lbs of concrete per footing and install center anchors in concrete footings. 7. Install new black vinyl coated fence wire and powder coated posts, rails, and gates to original layout. 8. Patch and color coat courts to U.S. court specifications with a minimum of two (2) coats of black and two (2) coats of acrytech color. 9. Stripe six (6) regulation tennis courts with one (1) coat of primer and two (2) coats of texturized white line paint. 10. Install new net posts and new nets. 11. Clean work site thoroughly. 12. A minimum three (3) year warranty must be included. Upgrade Lighting on Six (6) Tennis Courts 1. Remove 24 existing flood light fixtures on six (6) courts. 2. Install 24 new high output LED luminaires designed for outdoor sports lighting applications. 3. Fixtures must deliver 80,000 lumens. 4. A minimum five (5) year warranty must be included.
