Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to provide ready-mix concrete to NC Department of Transportation. This mixture specified herein will primarily be used to repair roads, foundations, buildings, and highways throughout Department of Transportation’s 14 Divisions. Also, this product is heavily used by the divisions during the winter months and inclement weather, which is imperative to have an agency specific contract in place. The Vendor shall deliver to the following location(s): To Various Locations in Buncombe and Mitchell counties Vendor shall complete delivery within five (5) consecutive calendar days after receipt of purchase order.
