Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.4.4.1 Mobile: ID Specifications 1. Describe the digital devices that can be used with the proposed solution including mobile and desktop devices. List the mobile platforms and versions supported and define any variations between mobile and desktop app. 2. Describe web browser compatibility within the proposed solution. 3. Describe the mobile responsiveness of the proposed solution’s user interface design. 3.4.4.2 Access: ID Specifications 1. Describe how the proposed solution can integrate with NCDPI’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) Service. See ATTACHMENT K: DESCRIPTION OF THE INTEGRATION METHODOLOGY USING NCEDCLOUD for a brief description. 2. Describe role-based security at the district and school level including creating user defined roles. 3. Define in detail the role-based access control for reporting. 3.4.4.3 Accessibility ID Specifications 1. Describe supports available within your solution to support students with disabilities, including (but not limited to) students with hearing, visual, cognitive, learning, and motor needs. 2. Describe transcription and read-aloud features in your solution including supports for students who may not be able to comprehend a computergenerated voice and/or use a visual system such as sign language or cued language as their primary communication modality. 3. Describe supports available within your solution to support users who need Braille and large print resources. 4. Describe how your solution supports interoperability with Assistive Technology devices (e.g., augmentative communication devices, magnification software, electronic braille notetakers, switch access, light boxes, speech to text and eyetracking software). 5. Describe how additional accommodations from an IEP would be recorded if they are in addition to the standard accommodations allowed for the assessment. (i.e., Extended Time) 6.
