Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional services may include a range of services from urban planners, landscape architects, architects, graphic designers, and other professionals as part of the team. At a minimum: ▪ Long-Range planning ▪ Corridor Studies ▪ Small Area Plans ▪ Program management ▪ Conceptual site/architectural layouts ▪ Planning or architectural consultations ▪ Plan & Code reviews ▪ GIS ▪ Graphics/Renderings ▪ Virtual Project Renderings Types of Projects: ▪ Single sites to land assemblies ▪ Greenfield, Brownfield, Greyfield & Infill ▪ Cary owned or privately owned ▪ Cary Capital Projects or Private Development Projects ▪ Corridors or Area Plans ▪ Design charrette with Developers and Town Staff General Requirements and Deliverables: ▪ Provide all necessary equipment and support personnel for the requested services. ▪ All technical memoranda, reports, and certifications shall be submitted in electronic form to Cary in MS-Windows compatible format (including both PDF and Microsoft Word formats). All plans shall be delivered to Cary as PDF files. ▪ Knowledge and familiarity with Cary processes and ordinance. ▪ Work to be performed will be authorized by task orders issued by the Town of Cary specific to the applicable project, and shall be invoiced accordingly, such that it can be tied to a specific Cary project. The contract will not guarantee the amount of work, if any, available under this agreement.
