Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this contract shall be to provide exterior surface cleaning and pressure washing services for Charlotte Douglas International Airport, including all ramp side areas around the terminal. As part of the contracted services, the Company will not be responsible for snow removal. Snow removal will fall under the purview of the City. All work shall be performed between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 4:30 a.m. seven (7) days per week, with the exception of the Ramp and Land Policing which will be performed Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. The Company must be responsive to extenuating circumstances which may require temporary adjustments to the schedule by the Aviation Department (e.g., construction, severe weather conditions, security, or other emergencies as defined). Any schedule changes proposed by the Company must receive prior approval from an Airport Representative. The Company is required to clean concrete around vert-i-pack areas, wash outside of Vert-iPacks, PC Air Units, sweep and blow all ramp areas around terminal of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
