• Remove and replace approximately 40LF of plaza-type, exterior expansion joint system. This repair will include paver removal and waterproofing patching beneath pavers. • Install approximately 30 LF of 2-hour rated, foam type expansion joint system in an internal room of the Raleigh Convention Center. • Install new flexible gutter system on the underside of the exterior, plaza-type expansion joint. This is located on the ceiling of the room of the Raleigh Convention Center. • Repairs to secondary items associated with the expansion joints, such as: o Sidewalk pavers o Waterproofing material on either side of the repaired, street-level expansion joint. o Metal cover plates o Spalled concrete o Concrete joint sealants
