Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of High Point is seeking to partner with a Security Firm to provide Security Services at the Library located at 901 N Main St, High Point, NC. The library requires unarmed guards in the building when it is open to the public. Guards are expected to make hourly rounds of the building and the parking lot. Guards must have good customer service skills – frequent interaction with library staff and users is to be expected and encouraged. Guards must be in uniform at all times. We would prefer those guards be assigned to the facility on a long-term basis. It is helpful for guards to become familiar with our users, and to have a good working knowledge of banned customers.
