Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preventative maintenance services will be tailored to the facility system being serviced and to be completed by a licensed general contractor in the state of North Carolina. At a minimum, these services will include: 1. Quarterly Preventative Maintenance (PM) on the controls listed in the equipment listing. This is accomplished by providing necessary testing and calibration, identifying defects and potential problem areas, and reducing the likelihood that emergencies will occur. 2. Review operational software and discuss concerns with facilities management. 3. Perform OEM recommended maintenance. 4. Adjust graphics to optimize operation. 5. Verify network communication and network speed. 6. Perform routine online/offline test to determine power and communication restart.
