The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit responses from qualified design-build teams to deliver comprehensive planning, design, and construction services for the enhancement of Purser-Hulsey Park. The Town of Matthews seeks a partner who can thoughtfully develop this vital public space—building upon existing amenities, including the current dog park and its planned expansion—into a regional destination that balances environmental stewardship, recreational opportunities, and community engagement.
