3.1. Mobile Home Specifications: a) Must meet all local and state applicable code requirements for mobile homes. b) 2 – Bedrooms with closet c) 2 - Bathrooms with sink, toilet, & shower/tub. d) Kitchen with stove hookup e) Living room f) Dining room/area g) Utility area with washer & dryer hook-ups h) Water heater i) HVAC System j) Gutters k) Decks at each entrance (minimum 4”x4”) 3.2. Installation: a) Delivery, set-up, and installation. b) Any required site preparation. c) All required permits. d) Connection of plumbing and electrical to existing connections on site. e) Pass local inspection and meet all applicable codes after installation is complete. 3.3. Demolition/Removal of existing home: a) All costs associated with removal and disposal of current mobile home on site.
