Awarded Contractor shall provide services, all as set forth in this RFP and more particularly described in this Section 4. • The contractor shall provide services for the following situations: o Post-conditional offer police applicant psychological evaluation. Generally, this would consist of at least two separate types of testing: standardized testing and an interview. Testing will be conducted at the contractor’s office. The contractor shall furnish completed reports for review within seven (7) days of conducting the evaluation. o Annual psychological evaluations for the Selective Enforcement Unit and Crisis Negotiator consist of an interview. The contractor shall furnish completed reports for the entire unit for review within thirty (30) days of the last interview. o Fitness-for-duty evaluations as needed consisting of psychological testing, an interview with the officer, and telephone interviews with the officer’s chain of command. The evaluation time frame will depend on the complexity of the situation. A written report will be forwarded to the Chief of Police after the evaluation.
