The DWM anticipates utilizing the selected firm to initially provide project management services. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to: Managing all projects listed above, acting as an extension of City staff, including managing design, bid and award, construction, and post-construction phases Analyzing Alternative Delivery Methods Coordinating project schedules and coordinating the internal WIP project schedule with the overall schedule of the WIP Assisting the Department with Council approval of contracts and/or amendments Managing the consultants and conducting reviews such that projects are accomplished in accordance with the project scope of work and within the project schedule and cost Assisting with communications planning and management; conducing public hearings or outreach efforts Coordinating with operations and maintenance divisions and other internal and external stakeholders
