Design development will require professional services related to Aquatics Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Engineering, Abatement Design, Historical Preservation Design, Athletic Design, Recreation Design, Carbon Neutral Goals, LEED/Sustainability Certification Administration, and Community Engagement. More specifically, design development will require expertise in the following areas: i. Evaluation and implementation of Green Infrastructure Initiatives ii. Creation and implementation of Community Engagement strategies with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion iii. Development and application of Park Related Anti-Displacement Strategies (PRADS) iv. Completion of Environmental Assessments demonstrating abatement/mitigation measures as part of design solutions v. Integration of Lead Safety Construction Practices as part of construction bid documents vi. Decommissioning and Demolition of select existing structures vii. Renovation/Rehabilitation of existing court facilities viii. Development of comprehensive Operations & Maintenance Plan (staffing, fees, expenses, etc.)
