3.1. Contractor shall provide a minimum one (1) year warranty on all dogs' health and a minimum of twelve (12) weeks on performance including workability. Workability is defined as the canine's positive response to various training methodologies, temperament, and social adaptability. 3.2. Contractor shall provide documentation on each dog provided under this Agreement. Documentation shall be provided at the time of delivery and include: 3.2.1. Import papers. 3.2.2. Breeding paperwork 3.2.3. United States health records 3.2.4. X-rays of the dog's hips with a written report that will be given to the K-9 Unit. 3.3. Training: No bite work. The K-9 Unit does not require prior training for the dog. 3.3.1. Contractor shall disclose any prior training the dog has received. 3.4. Age: One (1) year to three (3) years old is preferred, however older or younger dogs will be considered. 3.5. Contractor's dogs shall be up to date on vaccinations.
