A. Provide a quote price for all labor, taxes, permits, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to fully complete the construction of replacing the asphalt parking lot for Greensboro Point Public Health (Approximately 72,000 Sq. Ft.) as follows: 1. The parking lot work must be performed during both weekends and regular weekday business hours. 2. Coordinate with the Guilford County Project Manager to provide a three-phase plan (approximately 30% of the work area per phase) to ensure the remainder of the parking lot remains usable during weekday business hours. After-hours work is permitted with prior notice to the Guilford County Project Manager. (See picture labeled “Pavement Outline.”) 3. Before work begins, cordon off designated work areas using barricades and appropriate channeling devices. 4. During business hours, the main entrance must remain fully accessible to the public for medical facility access. Take due care during each phase of work to maintain this access at all times. 5. Remove existing asphalt from site and haul off daily, no accumulation of asphalt is allowed on site. 6. Proof roll the existing stone base with a loaded tandem dump truck to ascertain the existing stone base and sub-grade is in a stable and firm unyielding condition per Section 2.0. 7. Undercut and backfill areas that are insufficient. Unit Price per cubic yard is required. 8. Prep existing stone base for new asphalt pavement per Section 32 1216. 9. Installation of New Asphalt Surface Course per Section 32 1216. 10. Installation of New Pavement markings including all parking lines and ADA markings compliant with Section 32 172 of the CSI code. (See Picture, “Public Health Parking Lines”) 11. Clean up and demobilization from site.
