Specifications include, but are not limited to: Product should integrate with the Ellucian Banner ERP in the following ways: o Ability to create our own logic to define persons in real time (multiple daily updates could also work. o Ability to bill employees through payroll deductions o Ability to bill students through charges to their student account (and handle credits for appealed citations or permits turned in early) o Shibboleth authorization integration online registration - each permit type with specific time windows for specific person types ability to assign specific person types to specific permits ability for students/employees to appeal their citations online reporting capabilities on data within the system ability to issue citations in the field (printing physical citation to put on windshield); that should include ability to look up license plates associated with permits in near real time (nightly syncing at least) online registration is able to handle the amount of students we have logging on at the same time (at least 2500, likely more, logging in at exactly the same time)—we need to eliminate or at least control the over selling of lots
