Prep parking lots with crack seal and seal coat if needed, removal of lines where needed, for restriping, Restriping of existing parking spaces, (using traffic rated paint), and the creation of handicap parking spaces that meet ADA standard requirements ADA 2010 Standard Requirements must be followed for this project that can be found under the Event attachments or the below link; https://www.ada.gov/resources/restriping-parking-spaces/ Contractor will need to determine for each lot if any cost for crack seal and seal coat is needed, if the existing lines to need to be removed, the creation of new lines & creation of handicap parking spaces in their bid price submitted for restriping each parking lot. The parking lots must remain open so increments of the parking lot will need to be blocked off to accommodate the restriping, include with your response a brief summary on how your company will perform the restriping work while allowing for minimal disruption to the location operations if the work is performed during normal business hours.
