Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation currently have over 180 facilities for rental and programs offered to the public. The department is seeking a tool that will accommodate critical needs of providing automation, self-service online needs, streamline bookings and mobile-friendly; staff ability to easily access and create activity programs; integrate seamless financial processes and online payment system; and offer customers a first-rate experience and positive interactions within the communities that are being served. The software will streamline processes from the back-office to the front desk that can maximize revenues and simplify the interaction the customer has with the department. The key goal is to make features accessible for the communities to engage with Park and Recreation programs and allow staff time to provide exceptional service and ways to enhance usage of facilities.
