Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Wake County Public School system (hereinafter referred to as "WCPSS"), herebyrequests all interested parties (hereinafter referred as "Vendor" or "Offeror") to submit tothe WCPSS a proposal describing the vendor's ability to provide parent counseling andeducation services to families of children ages birth through kindergarten. These serviceswill be for families who need education and support in meeting the needs of children withchallenging behaviors. The priority of service delivery will be to economicallydisadvantaged families however, services will not be limited to this population.The primary service providers will have a Master's degree or higher in social work,psychology, counseling or other related field hold certification or licensure in their fieldhave at least ten years of successful experience providing counseling services to familiesof young children ages birth through kindergarten and have successful experience indeveloping and facilitating workshops that incorporate quality standards for adulteducation.
