Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of North Carolina at Charlotte currently maintains a campus-wide door access security system which operates on an Open Options software platform. The University extends aninvitation for bid to contract with a qualified and authorized Open Options provider for programming, training, and support of the existing Open Options Access Control System. The contract will include all aspects of the campus access control system, including cameras, door access, panels, and Avigilon network video recorders. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) optional extension periods each one (1) year in duration. Contractor Requirements1. The Contractor must be an Open Options authorized product representative and installer. 2. Campus wide door access support contract will include all UNC Charlotte Main and Satellite Campus Buildings. 3. The Contractor must be extremely knowledgeable of Open Options DNA Fusion software. 4. The Contractor must be extremely knowledgeable of IP camera operation, installation, and integration with campus access systems. 5. The Contractor must have the ability to support Near Field Communications (NFC) and Mag Stripe card readers
