Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Carolina State Ports Authority (NCSPA) is seeking proposals from qualified Online Employee Recognition Program vendors to enter into a contract for an online point based employee recognition program. NCSPA desires for their employees to recognize and honor their co-workers. The North Carolina State Ports Authority currently has 214 employees. The annual budget for an Online Employee Recognition Program is not to exceed $25,000 The Online Employee Recognition Program will allow peer-to-peer recognition with the option to award points to their co-workers. The program shall be internet based with a secure login and password for each employee participating in the program. The selected vendor will provide full-service support, including website design, program design, customer care support, and a variety of merchandise options.
