Interior - ● Monthly inspections on and treatment for common areas including : ○ Restrooms, break areas, vending areas, kitchens, and dining areas ● Office will be inspected and treated as needed upon request Exterior - ● Perimeter spot treatment will be done monthly as needed, at ground level up to six (6) feet out from the structure to control crawling insects. Rodent Control Interior - ● Vendor recommended stations in highly vulnerable areas inside the structure. Stations will be cleaned, inspected and serviced monthly and replaced quarterly or more frequently if needed. Exterior - ● Vendor recommended tamper resistant bait stations will be placed in strategic locations around the buildings. Stations are to be cleaned, inspected, and serviced monthly. Bait to be replaced as needed.
