Work covered in this contract shall include all work deemed, by Water Resources Plant Supervisory Personnel or Water Resources Operation Manager, necessary to ensure continued and proper operation of Water Resources Plants and all equipment that the Water Resources Department is responsible for running, operating and / or maintaining. Locations and equipment covered by this contract shall only pertain to Water Resources’ locations and equipment. Locations include 3rd Creek Plant, 4th Creek Plant, Water Plant, Sewage Lift Stations, Water Tanks and Water Intake locations. Equipment includes any and all equipment associated with Water Resources locations. Such work shall include but not be limited to: Repairs, maintenance, modifications, improvements, troubleshooting, inspections, fabrication, restoration, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and work involving electronics.
